Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@blackhawkop.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and send a Return Authorization within 1 business day
  3. Ship the item(s) back in original, unused condition using the provided return instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or used

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return + new order. Contact us to initiate a return, then place a new order for the correct item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
